You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify psg88 immediately. psg88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless a written report of account compromise has been submitted to our support team.

User Responsibilities & Rules
As a psg88 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of the betting system. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or disrupt platform operations may result in legal action and immediate account closure.
You also confirm that all information provided during registration and in any transaction is accurate, complete, and up to date. If your personal details change, you are responsible for updating them in your account promptly. psg88 reserves the right to verify user identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.
Using the platform for commercial purposes, unauthorised marketing, or distributing offensive or obscene content is strictly prohibited. psg88 reserves the right to remove such content and suspend the accounts involved without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the psg88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's VIP level. The latest limit information is displayed in the payments section of your account.
Psg88 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including interbank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and selected credit and debit cards. All successful deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each method. If a deposit is not received beyond the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed once the request has been submitted and all applicable conditions have been met, including wagering requirements for any associated bonuses. psg88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending identity verification or investigation into suspicious activity. Transactions that cannot be verified or that involve fraud will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, incorrect odds display, or internet connection failures.
In situations where a technical error results in an incorrect odds display or outcome, psg88 reserves the right to void or correct the affected transactions. psg88's decision in such matters is final.
Account Suspension & Closure
Psg88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the system. If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a written appeal to the psg88 support team.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the psg88 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of psg88 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
